Job Description:As a Junior Account Executive at Onsight RealEstate, you will play a vital role in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients. Working closely with senior members of the sales team, you will contribute to revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client accounts, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and Qualify Leads: Conduct research to identify potential clients and prospects within the real estate market. Reach out to leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events. Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and potential for partnership.
  2. Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  3. Present Solutions and Proposals: Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to meet clients' specific needs. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Onsight RealEstate's offerings. Address client questions and objections effectively to close deals.
  4. Manage Sales Pipeline: Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, opportunities, and progress. Prioritize leads and opportunities based on their likelihood of conversion and potential value to the company.
  5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with company goals and initiatives. Provide feedback from clients to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is a plus.
