Connor has spent his entire career in real estate - he started at 19 years old and never looked back. As Co-Founder and former COO of Integrity Core Realty, he ran day-to-day operations and built a reputation for one thing in particular: helping agents actually adopt new technology instead of fighting it.
In 2015 he was named to Long Island’s 30 Under 30 for his contributions to the local real estate community - recognition for years spent showing agents how the right tools could grow their business.
As an Advisor and Co-Founder, Connor is the voice that keeps OnSight anchored to a single question: does this make an agent’s day easier? He mentors the product and customer teams, opens doors across the industry, and brings a founder’s perspective to the biggest calls - guiding the direction without running the day-to-day.
