Esther began her real estate career in 2002 and rose fast - from sales agent to founding the first Keller Williams Realty franchise in the New York Metro area, where she was named one of the organization’s top 10 CEOs.

She went on to launch two more KW franchises, recruit over 1,000 agents, and build a proven track record of growing individual agents’ production. She currently serves as Broker Owner of Integrity Core Realty.
